The dinosaurs at check-in were a fun and unique touch, and they made the whole experience more enjoyable. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and their excellent English made communication easy. The hotel's location was also a plus, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a 7/11 for convenience. the proximity to the train station made it convenient to explore the city.
The bed was uncomfortable and seemed like sleeping on a rock, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Lobby has entertaining dinosaur decoration. Big, clean rooms. Lively neighborhood with Metro access and lots of restaurants. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland. Daily room upkeep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to both the train station and several convenience stores. It is super convenient for getting around and grabbing snacks on the go. The room itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and size. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast options could be improved, as they mainly consisted of Japanese food. It would be great to have more variety, especially for guests who are not accustomed to Japanese cuisine.

Convenient location with easy access to the subway. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were very good too make my daughter's birthday special, giving her gifts and a personalized greeting. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland was a huge plus. I highly recommend Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The hotel facilities were great, especially for gadget lovers like me. They provided a wide range of gadgets, including a version 2 handy mobile with a faster processor, a Google Chromecast for streaming, and even VR headsets for rent. The room was very modern and clean, and the toilet was a modern washlet device. The hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating. the location was super convenient, as it was very close to both a subway station and the city center. this hotel provided an excellent experience for technology enthusiasts like me.
